First, remove the protective seal. Twist the cap to open and squeeze out the Sun Cream. Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure for full protection. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.

Sun Protection Tips: Pair with other holistic sun habits like limiting time in the sun when its rays are most intense (especially 10AM–2PM), wearing protective clothing and using a broad-spectrum SPF 15+ organic sunscreen.
